Transcripts are free for current year graduates. Previous year graduates must pay a $5.00 fee for each transcript.
How to Make a Transcript Request
We need the following items before sending or giving transcripts:
1. Completed Request Form (attached below)
2. $5.00 (cash or money order only, for each transcript request)
3. Photo ID
Fill out the request form and indicate the complete mailing address (including name of college) or e-mail address of the college admissions office. Be sure to include YOUR mailing address, phone number and e-mail address on the form because a situation may arise where we may need to contact you.
Present everything required to the Main Office in two ways:
1. Come in and show your ID (ex. driver’s license) and hand in other requirements; or
2. Mail a copy of your current driver's license, fee and request form to:

Attention: Transcript Requests
Note: If a college indicates “Official Transcript,” they are saying that they want to see the high school seal, unless they give you permission for us to email the transcript. To see the school seal, we would have to mail the transcript to the college.
Once we receive your fee and other information, your transcript(s) will be prepared and can take, at least, 5-7 business days to be mailed, e-mailed or given to you.
